Teatro del Sonido (TDS) is a performing artists collective created by Cristóbal Carvajal and Martin Erazo in Santiago, Chile in 2012, with the aim of being a space for research and experimentation in the relationship between sound and theatrical scene, and the search for new scenic formats.

TDS has investigated the scenic/sound narrative through various resources, devices and formats, such as: sensory theater, street theatre, site specific, sound installations and radiophonic devices.

TDS has received funding from the CNCA (Ministry of Culture and the Arts) and FITAM (Chile). It has participated in festivals: Stgo. a Mil, Womad, FITKA, FAV (Chile), and Fira Tárrega (Spain), and has conducted workshops on dramaturgy of sound.
